Other private facilities could serve the very rich who are too good to be among commoners...

Come on now, lets be fair about this.  The very rich would use the private health care system not because they are better than everybody else, they would use it because they could afford to and why would they choose to suffer some ailment longer than they had to?

I think we should try to keep emotion based rhetoric out of this discussion.
