Everybody twists faith to suit agenda convenience pursuant to either what they've been taught by others or faction religiopolitical view. That's why we have a bazillion different denominations.
That's also Exhibit A evidence why they're all false. That's one of a number of reasons I'm an atheist.
Overgeneralized, Clara. Your "everybody" fans the air way too much. There are lots of denominations, to be sure, but the overriding faith is pretty steady. In other words, the important issues have essential agreement. There are -- of course -- outfits like Jim Jones' cult, but using that as a reason to eschew Christianity is pretty poor (imho).
